Lipovetsky goes over the same idea of individualism and the alienating effects of digitalization – which regarding the fact that this was published more than 20 years ago I assume it was a very innovative premise at the time- but it’s a non-stop debate about the same ideas until the text becomes unbearable to read; the rest seems to be quite vague.
