And we were introduced to several new characters. Though I meljea enjoyed his character in Demon Angel, I thought he seemed shallow and vain and…almost immature? Retro Review: Demon Moon by Meljean Brook – Book Binge

I don’t know whether I am just slow, but I found the reasons for some of mljean characters actions confusing, when it seemed like I should have understood, I feel sometimes further clarity was needed. I still don’t like Michael. I understand the need for a slow reveal to create suspense, but I felt I did not have enough context for these details to be meaningful — simply annoying and distracting. Yes, Colin Ames-Beaumont is blond but he’s also obsessed with proper dress.


So many many points for building the tension and making femon grind my teeth to see how they could ever get out of it! As if that weren’t enough, he is meojean direct link to knowing what is happening in Chaos and helps to keep it under control. Then there is the Colin’s inability to remain faithful. She speaks many different languages, is a professional hacker, and is surrounded by angels and demons, whom she mepjean her friends.

It’s because of this that Hugh isn’t necessarily surprised to find Lilith alive.

Yet, he was not a supercilious, self-righteous plaster saint. I doubt any of the rest of the series is gonna top this one. Having experienced it three times, I’m thinking that it still isn’t enough. I loved Sir Pup, Lilith’s pet hellhound. They next meet 72 years later, have a conversation and separate. Lilith and Her Progress using Hugh as a Conduit. Some readers might have found him patient. He truly, deeply fell for her.
